18/01148/FUL Erection of two semi-detached houses”

This application proposes to develop two semi-detached dwellings on the derelict construction site adjacent to St Stephen’s church. While elimination of the derelict site would be desirable, the proposed dwellings are higher than the church and the proposal shows minimal design consideration for the landscaping, car parking and vehicle access.

For these reasons, the Society recommends the application be refused.
