The main activities of the Society are carried out by its Committee, who meet monthly and correspond frequently by email between meetings. As of April 2026, the Committee consists of two officers (with two further key positions vacant) and a further ten members:-
In addition, the Society benefits from the assistance of Hon Photo Archivist – David Rowe, although he does not routinely attend monthly ECS committee meetings.
