18/00723/FUL Demolition of existing house and replacement with new block of 6 flats.

This is a further example of an existing house being replaced by flats, in this case by demolition and the building of a new block of six flats.

The Society believes the proposal to be inappropriate to the location, and too large a building for the site, which is close to the Dorking Road and a Grade 2 listed wall in a conservation area. In addition, the parking provision is inadequate.

The Society is thus unable to support the application.
