We have received from the Woodland Trust a guide to future volunteering opportunities at the Centenary Wood.
Please click here to download the guide.
The trees planted on the first volunteering day last winter in a small corner of the site are doing extremely well and many are sprouting extremely vigorously. It seems they like their new home!
We hope many members will volunteer to help develop the Centenary Wood, which will be both a visitor attraction and a further large public countryside space protected from future development for many years to come.
More information on specific dates and activities will be posted on our website when advised by the Woodland Trust.
