17/00334/FUL Demolition of existing detached dwelling house and construction of a new detached dwelling house.

Since our first letter dated 28th June, where we expressed some concern as to the acceptability of the finished product proposed, members of the Society’s committee have now been able to see another house designed and built by the same company and are now satisfied with the overall appearance and workmanship.

We have thus written a further letter confirming that we are satisfied with this aspect of the current proposal.
