Permission was granted in June 2014 for the original application 13/01335/FUL to build 91 houses.
This new application proposes the same number of houses but in a different layout and with more different house styles.
The Society wrote in response to the first application, concerned about excessive density, traffic and other infrastructure implications. See that letter here.
The new proposal raises the same issues, but the Society believes the layout and ambience of the new proposal is an improvement over the original, and we have written accordingly.
