Application for demolition and change of use of vacant D1 premises and erection of 2-3 storey building to accommodate 14 No Flats for C3 use.

Acer House, originally apparently three dwellings but last used as a care home, has been vacant since 2011 and was recently removed from local listing. The application proposes demolition of the existing buildings and erection of a block of 14 flats.

The Society has objected to the scale of the development, inadequate parking provision and unattractive appearance.
