19/01668/OUT Outline application (All matters reserved) for change of use and demolition of existing building to provide 2 x 4 bed detached houses with integral garages and 2 x 3 bed semi-detached houses with integral garages.
This application is the latest in a series of proposals for this site, which is currently a single large detached house on a corner plot.
The Society believes this is a clear case of overdevelopment in a manner inconsistent with the surrounding property and providing inadequate facilities and amenity space for all four proposed new dwellings.
Furthermore, in addition to suggesting that the proposal fails to meet existing EEBC planning policies, the Society also believes the proposal fails the requirements of all sub-paragraphs of paragraph 127 of the 2019 National PLanning Policy Framework (NPPF), and should therefore be refused.
