17/01755/FUL Demolition of conservatory, rear extension on ground and first floor, loft conversion – amended drawings.

The Society objected earlier this year to the first design submitted for this application. The applicant has now produced revised drawings which address part, but only part, of our objections. We welcome the amendments to the roof design which remove the unfortunate enlargement of the main roof. The two-storey rear extension and the proposed dormers are however substantial and we have noted the serious objections by the neighbouring owner. We have written again pointing out that these matters still need to be addressed.
