A previous application change of use of buildings at this location from nurses’ home to 15 small residences was approved, supported by the Society. The current application seeks to add a further attached dwelling to an existing building.

The Society has some reservations that addition of an extra building would imbalance the well-designed appearance of the set of existing buildings. For this reason the Society does not wholly support the application.
