Demolition of existing dwelling and erection of 3 terraced dwellings with frontage parking and rear garden.

The Society welcomed this proposal to replace an existing building in poor condition, although limiting the development to a single pair of houses would have given give more space and a less crowded appearance However, the current proposal is preferred to the previous one for 6 apartments, which was refused in 2009.
