This is a second application to develop further accommodation for use by Epsom College staff in the extensive grounds behind Heron Court, a locally listed building. The first was dismissed on appeal on grounds of damage to the character of the area.
The current application would have a lesser impact but remains an undesirable proposal in the eyes of the Society, which has objected on a number of grounds.
