Change of Use from offices (B1a), part demolition and external alterations to Bradford House to provide offices and 4 No. flats (C3) and associated landscaping and parking.

Outline application (access, appearance, layout and scale) for erection of 6×2 bed flats, retention of existing access together with associated external works following demolition of existing building.

The change of use of 5 blocks to 15 no. residential units (C3) from staff consulting rooms (D1), office accommodation (B1) and patient living accommodation (C2) and works to improve the external appearance and energy efficiency of the proposed dwellings.
