Demolition of existing detached building and erection of 10 new dwellings, vehicular and pedestrian access, parking and secure cycle storage and landscaping.

Permission was given in March 2015 for a development of this site which has not been implemented. The present proposal is similar in concept and an improvement in some respects, but the Society is concerned by a contemporary design which we deem inappropriate to the site’s setting and the local street scene. We were therefore unable to support it and recommended refusal.
