MO/2022/0474 Erection of 23 dwellings (including 4 affordable units) with associated access, car parking and garaging, refuse/recycling storage, landscaping, earthworks and infrastructure following demolition and removal of existing buildings and structures.

The Society objected in April 2022 to the original application to build houses on the site in Mole Valley of the current Marsden Nursery & Garden Centre. A revised proposal has been presented, but it appears to be very similar to the previous application. Accordingly, the Society has objected again, on the same three principal grounds, namely protection of the Green Belt, prevention of linking of Epsom and Mole Valley by a continuous housing ribbon, and loss of current employment there.

Refusal of permission has therefore again been requested.
