This application is to provide additional office space for hospital administration staff within the existing hospital site, using redundant space and buildings previously used for mental health patients.

The Society sees no objection in principle to the proposal but, since the block will be visible from the Dorking Road, would prefer a more visually appealing design than the proposed red brick, barracks-like appearance.
