High fencing in light coloured wood has been erected between the garden and the public footway at 17 Jackson Close, on the corner of Jackson Close and Avenue Road, having a substantial impact on the street scene.

The Society can find no reference to any planning application for this fence, and have therefore written to the Council asking whether this is in order, in view of the number of complaints about it received by the Society.
