17/00334/FUL Demolition of existing detached dwelling house and construction of a new detached dwelling house.

Since our second letter dated 8th July, regarding the quality of the finished construction proposed, new issues have arisen. In particular, it appears that, despite an appearance to the contrary from the revised drawings, the height and bulk of the proposed new building have not been reduced, only the superficial finish amended to blend in better with the locale.

We have therefore written a further letter to draw attention to this and to reiterate these aspects of our original objection to the proposal.
