It was brought to the Committee’s attention at the recent Annual General Meeting of the Society that our response to the proposals by WS Atkins for the redevelopment of their Woodcote Grove site was not posted to our website at that time.

We did indeed write to WS Atkins following their exhibition in summer 2014, and our letter can be found here.

We objected to the overall height of their proposals, which were revised before a formal planning application was submitted. The Society subsequently found no grounds for objection to the revised design and application.
