16/00767/FUL Demolition of the existing dwellings and redevelopment of the site to comprise 8 dwellings (1 x 3-bed, 3 x 4-bed and 4 x 5-bed) and associated access and landscaping.

The Society believes the proposal to be a clear case of overdevelopment and backland development in a conservation area, and thus demonstrably breaches planning policies DM11 and DM16. We therefore recommended refusal.
