17/00334 Demolition of existing detached dwelling house and construction of a new detached dwelling house.

After our second letter dated 8th July 2017 regarding the quality of the finished construction proposed, new issues arose leading to a further letter. Thereafter, following a long discussion in the Planning Committee, this second application was also refused.

The applicant has now appealed, and the Society felt it prudent to write a further letter to the Planning Inspector reiterating the reasons for our objection to the proposal, and also expressing a view on the irrelevance of the earlier refusal to the current Appeal.
