16/00826/FUL Erection of additional storey to create separate dwelling.

While finding no reason to recommend refusal outright, the Society has a number of concerns about aspects of this proposal, including the bulk, impact on a nearby protected mature tree, intended use of the extended property and lack of off-street parking provision. We therefore recommended further investigation by the council officers of the issues raised.
