This application is an update of a similar scheme 05/00581/FUL which was refused in 2005, involving development in the back garden of a property in the Higher Green/Longdown Lane Conservation Area, close to Wallace Fields School.
The Society has objected to the proposal on a variety of grounds, including impact on the Conservation Area, the height and design of the proposed structure, traffic impact, and loss of green space and wildlife habitat.
