This is the third (of four) current applications for “Street Hubs” in Epsom, to all of which the Society has objected, via the Comments facility on the EEBC Planning website as follows:-
This comment is on behalf of Epsom Civic Society (ECS)
This application is a further one in a series of locations in the Town Centre which are all of a similar type.
ECS objects to all the all the applications and their locations and submitted a detailed response under reference 25/014107/FUL. The objection comments in that application are equally applicable and represented for this application.
