This is a further proposal for backland development of former woodland to the rear of the gardens behind nos 23a to 33 Links Road, previous proposals having been refused. The Society considers the number and height of the proposed four five-bedroom houses excessive for the location, the lack of garages, and the closeness of two of the properties to each other and neighbouring gardens to be sufficient reason for recommending refusal.
