18/01526/REM Removal of Conditions & approval of amended plans as built.
This is a retrospective application where the builder has largely completed construction of an extension in a very different manner to that approved in the original application.
In the Society’s view this is a flagrant abuse of the planning procedures. Furthermore, the changed design has a material adverse impact on the character of the existing house, the neighbouring property, and infringes on the Conservation Area requirements.
For these reasons we object to the application and suggest that the extension be rebuilt in accordance with the original permitted scheme.
