This is the third attempt to develop this four-bedroom bungalow at the end of Grosvenor Road, and attempts to overcome the objections leading to refusal of previous applications.

While accepting that the current application is an improvement, the Society still believes that, if approved, the changes would create unacceptable problems, and therefore recommended refusal.
