Epsom and Ewell Borough Council has launched via its website a public consultation on a new draft standard for the minimum provision of parking facilities at new residential developments within the Borough.
It is proposed to establish two zones where locational characteristics result in differing residential parking requirements, namely Epsom Town Centre (as defined in Plan E: Epsom Town Centre Area Action Plan) and elsewhere in the Borough.
Members and residents of Epsom may view,download and comment on the draft Supplementary Planning Document here, which also gives information on how to submit comments.
The draft document is available for consultation from Monday 21 September 2015 until Monday 2 November 2015.
An Evidence paper is also available via the link above to show how the Borough’s planners arrived at the proposed standards.
