Demolition of existing double garage and replacement with a one bedroom chalet bungalow incorporating front roof dormer and habitable space in the roof.

This fourth application for the same site was refused and is now being appealed. The Society objected to all the applications to date, and has written again to request that the Appeal be dismissed.
