PLANNING APPEAL APP/P3610/C/18/3211729/30

This appeal is against an enforcement notice requiring the reduction in height of a fence erected without planning permission on the corner of Jackson Close and Avenue Road.

The Notice was issued by Epsom and Ewell Borough Council following our letter of 23rd April 2018 enquiring whether planning permission had been sought and granted for the fence.

This is a busy local road in a good residential area. The fence is in a pale colour and the Council agreed that, at its present height, it is a dominant and unpleasant feature.
