This application relates to a change of use from public house to social activities centre and the erection of a two-storey office building and showroom (one storey below ground). The White Horse is a Grade 2 listed building which has seen mixed fortunes as a pub in recent years.
The Society welcomed this proposal which would retain a listed building and bring its site back into productive use providing social facilities for care workers, and noted its innovative design.
